Horne Lake retreat

This cottage retreat on Horne lake required much planning to navigate very restrictive strata zoning requirements. The conclusion of this couple from North Vancouver was that “they were happy that they spent the time on design before starting to build.” We had dotted all the “i”s an crossed every “t” to ensure a smooth construction phase – inspectors were meticulous and we passed every test with flying colours due to our attention to detail and the level of communication that we had with the owners
